We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any Secretary of State, U.S. Department of State, USCIS, IRS, court, embassy, consulate, passport agency, law enforcement agency, school, foreign authority, or other government office.

Government forms, filing instructions, agency information, and public records may be available for free from official government websites. Our fees are service fees for assistance, preparation, review, coordination, convenience, courier handling, translation, notarization, communication, document support, and related services. Government fees, court fees, filing fees, embassy or consular fees, courier fees, shipping fees, payment processing fees, and third-party fees are separate unless expressly included in writing.

3. No Legal Advice / Not a Law FirmOrazAva LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal representation, legal opinions, legal strategy, tax advice, accounting advice, or immigration legal advice unless a separate written agreement with a licensed professional specifically states otherwise.

Our services are administrative, clerical, notarial, translation, courier, filing support, document preparation, self-help, or business support services. Use of our websites, document review, communication with our staff, payment, or use of our services does not create an attorney-client relationship.

If required by applicable law, including Florida notary advertising rules, the following notice applies:

We are not attorneys licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and may not give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice.

You should consult a licensed attorney, tax professional, accountant, or other qualified professional if you need advice about legal rights, eligibility, immigration strategy, court matters, tax treatment, business structure, or any legal decision.

4. Client Responsibility / No GuaranteeClients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, truthful, current, and legible information and documents.

Clients must review all forms, translations, applications, drafts, prepared documents, shipping labels, names, dates, addresses, identification numbers, passport numbers, case numbers, certificate numbers, and other details before signing, approving, submitting, filing, mailing, or using them.

We do not guarantee that any document, application, translation, notarization, apostille, authentication, legalization, filing, submission, passport photo, package, prepared form, appointment, or service will be accepted, approved, processed, completed, recorded, recognized, or used successfully by any government agency, court, embassy, consulate, school, employer, foreign authority, private institution, or third party.

Final decisions are made by the receiving authority or third party, not by us. Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

5. Service-Specific TermsNotary, Mobile Notary, and Remote Online Notarization: Clients are responsible for valid ID, complete documents, required witnesses, and confirming whether the receiving party will accept the notarization, including remote online notarization. Notarization does not mean that the contents of a document are true, legal, valid, enforceable, complete, or approved by the notary.

Apostille, Authentication, Federal Apostille, FBI Background Check Apostille, and Embassy / Consular Legalization: We do not issue apostilles, authentications, or embassy/consular legalizations. These are issued by the appropriate Secretary of State, U.S. Department of State, embassy, consulate, foreign authority, or other competent authority. We are not responsible for delays, rejections, denials, policy changes, additional requirements, government processing, mail/courier issues, or third-party actions.

Certified Translation: Translations are prepared based on documents and information provided by the client. Clients are responsible for reviewing names, dates, numbers, seals, stamps, spellings, formatting, and document details before use. If a confirmed translation error caused by us occurs, our remedy may be limited to correcting the translation or providing another reasonable remedy.

Document Preparation, Immigration Forms, ITIN, Divorce Forms, Company Registration, and Self-Help Services: These are clerical and administrative services based on information provided by the client. We do not choose legal options, select legal forms for a client’s specific situation, determine legal rights, provide eligibility analysis, represent clients, provide tax advice, provide IRS representation, or guarantee acceptance or approval by any court, agency, institution, or third party.

Passport/Visa/ID Photos, VIN Verification, I-9 Verification, Wedding Officiant, and Other Related Services: Acceptance or recognition is determined by the receiving agency, employer, DMV, tax collector, passport office, consulate, court, school, or other third party. Employers remain responsible for I-9 compliance. Future related services are also subject to these Terms unless separate written terms are provided.

6. Third Parties, Shipping, and DelaysWe may use independent contractors, third-party professionals, couriers, translators, notaries, technology platforms, payment processors, shipping providers, mail carriers, or other service providers to perform or support services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for delays, errors, omissions, availability, policies, system failures, courier issues, government delays, mail delays, rejected documents, or actions of third-party providers outside our reasonable control.

If shipping, courier, mail forwarding, drop-off, or delivery is part of the service, we are not responsible for delays, loss, theft, damage, misdelivery, customs delays, incorrect addresses, carrier errors, weather delays, government mailroom delays, embassy or consulate delays, or events outside our control once documents are in the possession of a third-party carrier, courier, government office, embassy, consulate, or receiving institution.

7. Payment, Cancellation, Refunds, and ChargebacksPayment may be required before work begins. All fees must be paid as stated in the quote, invoice, payment link, booking page, written confirmation, or service description. We may refuse to start or continue work until required payments, documents, information, and approvals are received.

Appointments are subject to availability. If a client is late, misses an appointment, cancels late, fails to bring valid identification, brings incomplete documents, fails to bring required witnesses, fails to provide required information, or is not prepared for the requested service, we may reschedule, charge a cancellation or no-show fee, or treat the appointment as completed or non-refundable depending on the circumstances and the service booked.

Refunds are not provided unless an issue is caused by a clear service-related error by OrazAva LLC. If such an error occurs, our remedy may be limited to correcting the error, re-performing the affected service, or refunding the service fees paid for that specific service, at our discretion.

Document review, administrative review, communication, scheduling, preparation, coordination, submission, courier/shipping arrangement, and third-party communication are part of the service. A service is considered started once payment is made and we begin any such work. Refunds are not provided once work has started unless the issue is caused by our clear service-related error.

Government fees, court fees, filing fees, embassy or consular fees, courier fees, shipping fees, payment processing fees, third-party fees, client errors, missing information, change of mind, government delays, third-party delays, and rejection by any agency or third party are non-refundable. Any approved refund is the full extent of our liability.

Before filing a chargeback or payment dispute, clients agree to contact us and allow us a reasonable opportunity to review and resolve the issue. We reserve the right to provide evidence of the transaction, communications, completed work, delivery records, intake forms, approvals, and service records to the payment processor, bank, card network, or other relevant party.

8. Communications and PrivacyBy providing your phone number, email address, or WhatsApp contact, you authorize us to contact you regarding your inquiry, quote, appointment, service status, payment, document issues, delivery, follow-up, and related transactional communications.

We may send promotional or marketing messages only where permitted by law and, when required, with your consent. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of promotional text messages at any time by replying “STOP” or by contacting us.

No mobile information, text messaging opt-in data, or SMS consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Your use of our websites and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability and IndemnificationBy engaging our services, you acknowledge that document services may involve third-party agencies, government offices, courts, embassies, consulates, couriers, mail carriers, online platforms, translators, notaries, and other providers outside our direct control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost business, lost documents, lost opportunities, immigration consequences, court consequences, tax consequences, travel costs, missed deadlines, emotional distress, third-party rejection, or delays outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a service shall not exceed the amount you paid directly to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OrazAva LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, vendors, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from your use of our websites or services, your violation of these Terms, your submission of false, fraudulent, invalid, incomplete, altered, or misleading documents, your failure to review documents before use, or your failure to confirm requirements with the receiving authority or third party.

10. Governing Law, Disputes, Changes, and ContactBefore starting any legal claim, clients agree to contact us in writing and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from bringing an individual claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any court proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms, our websites, or our services shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, disputes will be handled only on an individual basis. Class actions, class arbitrations, collective actions, and representative actions are not permitted.

We may update these Terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page, and the “Last Updated” date will be revised. Continued use of our websites or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
